Dr. Rajesh is a skilled Emergency Physician with over three years of experience in Emergency Medicine and critical care. He holds a Master in Emergency Medicine (MEM), FEM (Singapore), and MRCEM (UK), and is dedicated to providing timely, evidence-based care for medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies. With extensive experience in emergency departments, intensive care units, and step-down units, he is adept at managing critically ill patients, performing life-saving procedures, and coordinating multidisciplinary care teams.
Dr Rajesh manages high-acuity emergency and critical care patients, responds to code blue situations, and performs advanced procedures including endotracheal intubation, arterial line placement, central venous catheterization, chest tube insertion, and ultrasound-guided interventions. He has played a key role in streamlining triage protocols, reducing patient waiting times, and mentoring junior doctors and residents in emergency and critical care practices.
Prior to his current role, he worked as an Emergency Medicine Resident at SRM Medical College & Hospital, Kattankulathur, where he gained comprehensive exposure to emergency medicine, trauma care, ICU management, and acute medical emergencies. He also served as Casualty Medical Officer at Jeevan Hospital, Chennai, managing emergency admissions, patient stabilization, documentation, and communication with patients and families.
