Dr. R. Silamban

Dr. Silamban is a senior anaesthesiologist with extensive expertise in Regional Anaesthesia, Cancer Pain Relief, and Comprehensive Pain Management. He has a special clinical focus on the management of Low Back Pain and Neck Pain, offering evidence-based, patient-centred solutions for chronic and acute pain conditions.

He is the recipient of the prestigious KPR Young Anaesthesiologist National Award (2005), conferred by the Kerala State Branch of the Indian Society of Anaesthesiology (ISA), in recognition of his excellence and contributions to the field.

Dr. Silamban has delivered over 300 faculty lectures across various academic platforms and has conducted or participated in more than 30 workshops on Regional Anaesthesia, reflecting his passion for teaching and clinical skill development.

He is proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi, enabling him to connect effectively with diverse patient groups and professional audiences.
