Dr. T. Prema

Dr Prema is a first-year resident in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at VHS.She completed her MBBS from Tagore medical College and Hospital where she developed a fascination for the dynamic world of women’s health a field where no two days (or deliveries!) are ever the same. Drawn to the unique blend of medicine, surgery, and emotion that defines OBG, Dr. PREMA believes that supporting women through some of their most vulnerable and powerful moments is both a responsibility and a privilege. Her academic interests include maternal care, reproductive endocrinology, and the growing field of minimally invasive gynaecological procedures. She’s equally excited by a well-managed labor as she is by a well-stitched episiotomy.
