Dr. Jayashree Jayakrishnan

Dr. Jayashree Jayakrishnan is a women’s health physiotherapist and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in natural and water birthing preparation for expecting couples and newborn care.

She has served as a committee member in IBLCE and is currently a central coordination committee member of the Breastfeeding Promotion Network of India, and Tamil Nadu sub-coordinator for the Indian Association of Physiotherapist Women’s Cell.

A pioneer in establishing lactation management departments and promoting breastfeeding-friendly hospital accreditation, Dr. Jayashree guides institutions in creating supportive environments for mothers and infants.
