Dr. Sabitha Binu Ninan

Dr. Sabitha Binu Ninan is a dedicated Pediatric Palliative Care Specialist with extensive experience in providing compassionate care to seriously ill children and their families. Holding an MBBS, MRCPCH, and a Fellowship in Pediatric Palliative Care (RCPCH Endorsed), she is currently involved in the VHS-PAASAM project. Dr. Sabitha is also a faculty member for various Pediatric Palliative Care programs and has contributed to several initiatives, including the IAP Advanced Course in Pediatric Palliative Care and the Pediatric Palliative Care Project ECHO. Passionate about spreading awareness of the importance of pediatric palliative care, her goal is to establish a center that offers home-based, hospital, and hospice care, focusing on alleviating physical and psychosocial suffering. She is actively involved in research, with her work examining the feasibility and acceptability of the Children’s Palliative Outcome Scale-2 (CPOS-2) in children with advanced cancer.
